FineLine Letterpress

This is not quite finished, but I wanted to share it anyway.  It is based on a beautiful photograph of Eudora Welty by Bruce Weber.

There is lovely rain today.
The drops hang on the trees, sometimes they sparkle in the light.
New leaf buds are getting ready to burst!  and they are enjoying the drink.

The wet air smells heavenly.

Here is another one of our favorites.   We’ve done this in the past with black ink on pink cardstock.  But this year we like the red on white:

Email is very handy for communicating so many things.

Sculpture seems like another wonderful way to depict a person.   This statue is at the library in Davis.  I am sorry I did not get the artist’s name.   I think it is very beautiful.
